Article 7

Article 11
Members enjoy the following rights:

Article 12
Member fulfills the following obligations:

(4) Pay the meeting fee in accordance with regulations;

Article 13
If a member has one of the following circumstances, the corresponding member qualifications are automatically lost:
(1) Those who do not meet the membership conditions of the Association;
(2) The license is revoked by the administrative organs;
(3) Criminal punishment.
Article 14
Members violate laws and regulations, or seriously violate the articles of association and relevant regulations of the Association, and cause major reputation and economic losses to the Association, and give the following sanctions to the following sanctions:

(3) Suspension exercise membership rights;
(4) Division.

Article 15

Chapter 4 Organizational Structure
Article 16

Article 18
The General Assembly of the General Assembly is held every two years, and the General Assembly is held every 2 years. Article 20
The general meeting shall be re -elected and shall be nominated by the council three months before the conference. Article 22

Article 23
The council is held at least once every six months in principle, and the chairman is convened and hosted. If the chairman cannot attend the meeting for some reason, the executive chairman, vice president or secretary general authorized by the president. Article 25
The council meeting shall be attended by the director himself. The directors who fail to attend for some reason can be entrusted to others in writing. Article 28
The supervisor meeting holds a meeting every 6 months in principle. The supervisory meeting must be held by more than 2/3 of the supervisors. The resolution must be valid after more than half of the votes of all supervisors.
The resolutions of the board of supervisors should be recorded, and the supervisors and recorders attending the meeting shall sign the meeting record. Supervisors can ask for some explanatory records of their speeches at the conference record. The decisions, resolutions and conference records of the board of supervisors should be properly kept and disclosed to all members.
Article 29
The members' meeting, council, and supervisory committee shall be performed, and democratic methods shall be adopted. Election directors, supervisors, supervisors, and person in charge shall adopt the on -site non -name voting method.

Chapter 5 Internal Management
Article 32
The Association has the Executive Committee of the Daily Office to handle the daily transactional work of the Association. Article 34
The Association shall establish a labor contract with a full -time staff in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Contract Law. The Association establishes various internal management systems to improve relevant management regulations. The Association establishes a sound internal management system such as certificates, seals, archives, documents, etc., and properly keeps the above items and materials in this venue. Article 37

Article 38

Chapter 6 Property Management and Use
Article 41
The income of the Association comes from:
(1) The fees charged according to the membership fees passed by the general meeting;

(4) Government purchase services or government funding;

Article 42

Article 44
The funding of the Association must be used for the development of business scope and business stipulated in this articles of association. The property and other income are protected by law.
The Association carried out activities such as evaluation and commendation, and did not charge any fees.
The amount and standards collected by the Association should be clear and do not float.
The branches and representative agencies of the Association do not formulate the standards for conference fees, and do not recover the charging fee.
Article 45
The income and use of the Association shall be regularly announced to the General Assembly, and the supervision and inspection of the General Assembly shall be accepted.
If the source of funds belongs to fiscal appropriations or social donations or funding, it shall accept the supervision of fiscal and audit institutions, and will be announced to the society in an appropriate manner.
Article 46
Except for the revenue obtained by the Association, except for the reasonable and reasonable expenditure related to the Association, all of them are all used for non -profit or public welfare undertakings stipulated in the articles of association and shall not be assigned among members.
Article 47
The property of the Association and its interest are not required for distribution, but do not include reasonable salary and salary expenditure. Article 48
The assets of the Association shall not be occupied, privately divided, and misappropriated by any unit or individual.
Article 49
The Association implements the "Civilian Non -profit Organization Accounting System", conducts accounting accounting in accordance with the law, establishes and improves internal accounting supervision systems to ensure that the accounting materials are legitimate, authentic, accurate, and complete. The Association uses the state -stipulated bills. The association accepts tax supervision and accounting supervision implemented by tax and accounting authorities in accordance with the law.
Article 50
The Association hires an accounting firm every year to conduct financial audit, and the audit results will be announced to all members. The Association provides the hired accounting firms with real and complete accounting vouchers, accounting books, financial accounting reports and other accounting materials. Article 51
The finances of the Association shall be uniformly calculated, and the various funds incurring are registered and accountable on the thin accounting accounts set in accordance with the law. Except for the legal accounting book, do not set up an account book. The assets of the Association are not stored in an account in any personal name. The bank account and account of the Association shall not be leased, lended or transferred to other units or individuals. Without the approval of the council, it is not allowed to borrow the name of the Association, or to lend the public funds to foreign units, and shall not provide economic guarantees to other units and individuals in the name of the Association.
Article 52
The Association is equipped with an accountant with professional qualifications. Accounting is not a cashier, and the management of accounts, money, and people shall be implemented. Accountants must perform accounting accounting and implement accounting supervision. The transfer and resignation of financial personnel must go through the transfer procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Accounting Law.
Article 53
The Association is a business and accounting year from January 1 to December 31st every year. Before March 31st each year, the council will review the following matters:
(1) Last year's business report and fund income and expenditure final accounts;
(2) Budget for business plans and funding for this year;
(3) Book of property.
Article 54
The association guarantees that accounting materials are legitimate, authentic, accurate, and complete. File certificates, thin accounting accounts, financial accounting reports and other accounting materials should be established to keep it properly. The registration of accounting vouchers should be clear and neat, which meets the requirements of the "Basic Accounting Work". Article 63
Before the termination of the Association, the liquidation organization is established under the guidance of the competent business unit and relevant authorities, responsible for cleaning up creditor's rights and debts and handling aftermath. The council shall set up a clearing organization under the guidance of the association registration management organs and relevant departments within 30 days from the date of the termination of the situation.
